Founder and CEO
Hendre Coetzee is the founder and CEO of Center for Advanced Coaching. He is also the author of the 90-Day Turn System Coaching Program, a powerful and structured process of on-boarding, revitalizing and repositioning executives. Spanning 20 years and 35 countries, he has coached executives of Fortune 500 companies as well as leaders in social justice, non-profit, relief, and the developing world. Hendre’s varied experience includes facilitating the integration of black and white youth in post-Apartheid South Africa, negotiating mergers for large financial institutions, and developing performance-training modules for High Performing Traders on the NYSE and NASDAQ.
Senior Director – Latin America
Lauro Parente, is the Senior Director of CAC for South America. He manages our partner relationships and supports partners in co-branded offerings. He is also responsible for organizing The Advanced Master Coach Workshops with our partners and manages any events for CAC and/or Hendre Coetzee. Lauro has over 20 years of experience in the Latin American Market, including corporate sales, channel and partner development, and also 15 years experience as a corporate event director. These events included over 20,000 participants with diverse areas of focus including both private and governmental audiences. Lauro, is an economist and a Master Coach trained by Hendre Coetzee.
Director – Asia
Mac Ling is the Director of CAC for Asia. He is responsible for our corporate relationships in Asia and supports our coaching partners with co-branded offerings. Mac has over 15 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience in a number of business development, marketing, and general management roles. Mac is a certified Advanced Master Coach trained by Hendre Coetzee and currently coaches leaders and executives in the Asia-Pacific region. Mac received a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science from UC San Diego, and an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.
Dr. Ludeman is a widely recognized executive coach, speaker and author. Her BS in engineering and PhD in psychology give her a unique approach to leadership coaching when working with analytical, data-oriented executives who want to create company cultures where people perform at their peak.
Dr. Erlandson provides executive coaching to executives who want to expand their influencing and teambuilding skills by helping them change entrenched leadership habits. He works with executive teams from start-ups to large corporations and has coauthored two books with Kate Ludeman: Alpha Male Syndrome and Radical Change, Radical Result.
Ferdinand A. Serfati, Ph.D. is a well-known top rank senior business executive in the corporate world with 28 years of solid international experience from 11 countries in Asia Pacific region and in the U.S. He is the President & CEO of Transcenture International, an executive search, staffing, executive coaching and management consulting company with office in the Philippines and partners in USA and Israel. He is also the Executive Director of Israel Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines.
Srini Pillay, M.D. is a certified master coach, brain-imaging researcher and psychiatrist who specializes in stress, anxiety, burnout and layoffs. He graduated as the top medical student and then completed a residency at McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School where he graduated with the most number of national awards in his graduating class.
Dr. Heerden is an associate professor at TUI University and has been a full time university professor for the last 15 years. In this time she was faculty at the University of South Africa, the University of Johannesburg and also did course development and presented workshops for the enter for Peace Studies of the University of South Africa. In addition to teaching, and chairing doctoral students she also currently serves as the Director of Course Quality assurance of TUI University.
Certified Master Coach for entrepreneurs and executives. Bart specializes in strategy and business planning; reorganization and recovery; mergers and acquisitions; and concept development in pioneering new companies. As an Executive Team Member for Zorg voor Zorg Nederland, he was responsible for the development of concepts and execution of specialized hospital care at home, contracting leading national health insurance companies and implementing quality systems to enable hospital care at home.
Georgia Kartsanis is a Master Coach and the CEO of SARGIA Partners SA, a strategic service partner with CAC. She is also the founder& President of CEO Clubs Greece. Georgia has a rich international business career including a decade as an industry leader in executive search services and 20 years of commercial management experience from the consumer, industrial and technology sectors, working with Stanton Chase , 3M and Philip Morris, TYCO and WR Grace companies in Greece, the USA and the Mid East.
Michael Zacharia is an Executive Coach to a select group of top executives, including Fortune 150 companies, in Dallas, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Sacramento. Michael also is Co-Director of the Pacis Project on Faith Based Diplomacy and Adjunct Professor teaching Cross-cultural conflict resolution at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University.

Daniel Yves Snell is the co-founder of the CEC Group, a global talent development organization. He’s held a number of senior corporate leadership positions with Harley-Davidson Motor Company, HTI a division of Dover Corporation, Kenworth, a division of PACCAR, and Piper Aircraft. He’s the author of SHRM’s 2010 online course Developing a Global Leadership Institute and is a SHRM recommended speaker.
